Meet the Team

Paul

Paul’s journey in construction began in 2005, driven by a deep passion for carpentry and a desire to create spaces that leave a lasting impact. In 2008, he and Kristie founded Alps Constructions, originally focusing on carpentry. His commitment to delivering high quality craftsmanship laid the foundation for what the business would become—a trusted name in custom-built homes and renovations.


With each year, Paul’s expertise grew. After five years on the tools as a carpenter, he achieved his low-rise builder’s licence in 2013 and went on to earn his medium-rise supervisor’s licence in 2022. Most recently, in 2024, Paul added a Building Inspectors licence to his skill set, further broadening his ability to oversee every aspect of a project, from start to finish.


What sets Paul apart is his hands-on approach and ability to problem solve and think outside of the box. His love for carpentry goes beyond the technical. It’s about seeing an idea take shape, with every detail meticulously crafted. This passion drives him daily, ensuring that each project reflects his dedication to excellence.


Paul’s Swiss-French heritage and love for soccer keep him grounded. When he’s not busy on-site, you’ll likely find him on the soccer field, bringing the same focus and determination to the game that he does to his work.

Kristie

Kristie is the Co-Founder and Project Manager at Alps Constructions. With multiple Bachelor degrees, a strong background in education and Diplomas in Training and Assessment and Project Management, Kristie brings a wealth of knowledge and organisational expertise to the table.


Her influence extends far beyond managing projects—Kristie is the driving force behind the design and management side of the business. From ensuring every detail aligns with the client’s vision to keeping everything running smoothly, she’s the one making sure the projects stay on track.


Known as the "communication queen," Kristie’s exceptional ability to connect with clients, suppliers and the team sets Alps Constructions apart. Her approach ensures that every client feels heard and every project runs like clockwork, making her a key asset in the company’s continued growth and success.
