If your renovation requires council approval, we’ll seek preliminary advice from a certifier. For projects that don’t need approval, we’ll advise on next steps as required.

Do I need to move out during the bathroom renovation?
Most clients do not need to move out during the renovation. However, depending on the size and layout of your home, some adjustments may be necessary, such as temporarily using another bathroom in the house, or hiring a portaloo/shower. We’ll discuss this with you during the planning phase and make recommendations based on the extent of the construction and your comfort.
What kind of warranty do you offer on your bathroom renovations?
We offer a comprehensive warranty on all our bathroom renovations, which covers both workmanship and materials. As per the QBCC requirements, our warranty on structural work is 6.5 years and on non structural work, warranty is 12 months.
Can I make changes to the design after the renovation has started?
Whilst we understand that sometimes clients may want to make changes after the project has begun, it's important to note that changes can impact the timeline and cost of the renovation. We recommend finalising all design elements before construction starts. However, if changes are necessary, we will do our best to accommodate them and any adjustments to the cost or schedule will be communicated promptly.
How do I know if my bathroom renovation requires council approval?
Council approval is usually not required if the bathroom is existing.
During the initial consultation, we will assess your project and advise whether council approval or certification is necessary. We’ll guide you through the approval and certification process with the help of expert certifiers who know the ins and outs of local regulations, if needed.

We can work with your existing bathroom layout or create a completely new design, depending on your needs. If your current layout functions well, we can focus on updating finishes and fixtures. However, if you want to improve the functionality or style of the space, we can help design a new layout that better suits your requirements.
What if I find issues after the renovation is completed?
If any issues arise after the renovation is completed, we encourage you to contact us immediately. We stand by the quality of our work and will address any problems covered under our warranty.

We typically charge a fee for design, estimates and site visits. This fee reflects the value of our time and expertise and ensures we can provide accurate pricing based on thorough planning. It also helps us partner with clients who appreciate the commitment and quality we bring to every project.
